Angie Williams has a passion for helping her clients build wealth through real estate home ownership and investing. She is a Georgia licensed real estate broker since 1986, with a passion for helping her clients make the wisest real estate decisions whether buying, selling or developing. She has over three decades of experience in real estate brokerage, marketing and development in both residential and commercial segments. Beginning her carrier in 1983, she oversaw the marketing and on site sales team with the first mixed-use high-rise in midtown, Virginia Hill. In the early 90’s she worked with Trammel Crow to develop Town Lake Community in Woodstock, Georgia, and later worked with one of the top new home sales firm in Atlanta, Morris & Raper. She founded Covenant Advantage Realty Team in 2000 and has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 plus sales, developed retail and office centers, and has been engaged in large land acquisition and zoning projects for residential developments. One of her many strengths lies in her belief that nothing is impossible with hard work, dedication and determination.
